We’ve used Smart Roofing on two instances for a roof replacement and a full siding replacement on our house. For both, the planning and estimate process was very detailed and honest, and the work was done conscientiously. They were transparent about unexpected issues, and I definitely got the impression that their top priority was to get the job done right (rather than just quickly). It’s been 5 years since our roof was installed, and 1 year since the siding, and we’re extremely happy with how everything is holding up.
