Most recently, I downsized from a bi-level home in Morton Grove to a tiny raised ranch in Chicago. Smart Roofing, Inc.  replaced the roofs, soffits, fascia, gutters and siding on both house and garage, and transformed a dated, ugly-duckling house into a color-coordinated, tidy, well-appointed little bungalow.

“I’m writing to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with Smart Roofing’s recent replacement of our cedar shake roof. Your workers were unfailingly hard working, professional, polite and helpful. They were especially careful not to damage our extensive outdoor plantings and were always willing to accommodate our requests.

We were also gratified that you sent someone out immediately on a weekend to look at our porch roof, which had been replaced by another firm, and which we suspected was causing a leak in our powder room. Again, the representative from Smart Roofing, Inc. who came was polite, helpful and cleared the snow off the roof, which temporarily stopped the leak. When the weather permitted, your workers quickly fixed the problem without any additional charge to us, for which we were most grateful.
