We used Smart Roofing to replace our roof and repair some other damage to the roof structure. They replaced the asphalt roof and plywood decking on the entire house and garage and did a fantastic job. Pete was knowledgeable about the project, understanding our needs, and quick to respond to any questions we had about the process. He also handled communication to our insurance to make sure proper forms were filled out to ensure our coverage and repair was correct.

The crew that replaced the roof was fast and thorough and helped resolve any surprise issues that popped up during the project. They did a great job at mitigating any debris around the house by setting up a defined path for waste removal and doing several magnetic sweeps around the house at the end of the job.

The contract provided by Smart Roofing was clear and easily understood, scope of work was well defined, and completion documentation and warranty information was promptly sent after final payment. I’ve recommended this company to my neighbors, and they commented about how nice the new roof looks and how professional the crew was when installing it.
