We highly recommend Smart Roofing!

We met Pete as he was replacing roofs on two of our neighbors’ houses. They had storm & hail damage. We asked him to inspect ours and sure enough, we also had damage. Pete worked with the insurance adjusters and we wound up with a new roof completely covered by insurance.

From the beginning, Pete was pleasant and professional. He was extremely helpful and patient as he brought shingle samples. Owning a mansard roof made the selection process more difficult, but Pete went the extra mile. He nailed various samples on our roof so we could get a better picture of the end result.

Pete’s crew of 5-6 men were efficient and hardworking. They came promptly every morning and worked continuously. They replaced rotten wood, recapped metal on the windows, and laid the shingles skillfully and meticulously. They carefully cleaned our property of construction debris before leaving.

Pete was always available to us to answer questions and make sure that the project was going smoothly. He and his men cared about quality workmanship and our satisfaction. We are very satisfied and appreciative for a job well done!

By the way, did we mention that Pete is a nice guy? It was a true pleasure to work with him!!
