We love being presented with opportunities to give back to the communities that are so familiar to us. This is why we could not be happier to announce our partnership with Rebuilding Together,  a premier nonprofit community revitalization organization, which helps renovate homes for people in need. One of these homes happens to be in Glenview, Illinois, and it also happened to need a new roof. We partnered with Midwest Roofing Supply, which donated the materials required, and got to work replacing a roof in need.

During these difficult times, it is always nice to not only give back to the community, but also make sure that our own crews are staying active and can provide for their families. While being very safe, including practicing social distancing when possible, wearing masks, and washing our hands frequently, we are helping the economy keep moving. Since our interactions with homeowners are very minimal, we are limiting all exposure unless absolutely necessary, and all parties are comfortable. We understand that working is a need for many, but nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our crews and everyone involved. Being an essential business, we have adapted and enforced these rules for the last few weeks, as we continue to work doing roof replacements, roof repairs, or anything else our trusted customers may need.

Working with Rebuilding Together was a great example of the work that we at Smart Roofing Inc. are so proud to showcase. We are glad that the homeowner gets to enjoy her new shingle roof in Glenview, and we would like to thank Rebuilding Together for the opportunity, and Midwest Roofing Supply for working with us and providing the necessary materials. This is also a thank you to our great crews, without which none of this would be possible.
